Q.

Worker needed

There is a person who has a B1/2 Visa and is presently in the US. He was a Food Service Manager for the US Military in the Middle East but was employed by another country that had the US contract. I want him as my Specialty Food Service Manager in the US. What is the quickest way to get him hired. He is still visiting the US. He has a sister in California who has been here over 30 yrs. Please advise. Thanks
