I came to Delhi in march for renewal of h1 and my wife's h4. During visa interview we were issued 221g. We submitted required document and waiting for now more than 6 weeks.
Now I wanted to withdraw wife's h4 and send her in tourist visa, so that she can surrender apartment whose lease is ending in June and bring back important belongings,sale car etc.
Also she needs to renew my daughter's (10 month old usa citizen) Indian visa (6 month tourist visa expiring in June). The Indian visa for daughter says it is non extendable. So I guess daughter needs to be in USA for reapplying long 5 year entry visa to Indian embassy.
I wanted to know is it possible to withdraw h4 visa application without affecting my pending h1 and what are the chances of getting tourist visa for my wife.
