Hi,

I have received a full time offer from company A, and I wanted to find out if my visa can be transferred to company A, and can the new company file for labor/greencard with my existing priority? Will there be any problem and is there any recommendation from you regarding this situation. This is my 7th year.

H1B Visa is valid till May 9, 2011 (This is my second extension / 6th year )
Green Card - Priority Date: October 16, 2009
Labor EB2 - Approved in 2010
I140 - Approved in 2011

My attorney has filed for 3rd H1B extension (premium processing) on April 27th,2011, and I expect to received the approval by Friday (May 06, 2011).
