Q.

H1 Visa and PIMS

My first H1-B visa expired on 09/30/2010.Extension was filed on 09/03/2010 by company ABC(E-V-C model). It was under the status "Initial review" until 03/04/2011.Another company XYZ(In house project) filed my extension on 02/16/2011(receipt date).Got approved on 04/04/2011 with visa validity until 02/01/2014.I am planning to attend H1-visa interview in Chennai consulate in mid-June.

My new employer XYZ did not submit a two copies of I-129 petition to USCIS indicating that the second set of documents be sent to KCC,upon approval, for entering into PIMS when filing for I-129.How should I make sure that my petition information is in PIMS?I want to avoid delay in Inida when I go for H1-B visa interview.
Please advise.
