applying for an H1B transfer but under petition for I-130 by mom
I am applying for an H1B work visa transfer this May 2011 since the hospital I am currently working at has become so tight. However my mom has petitioned me for a family based petition using the Form I-130 last November 2010. I am currently here in the US working as an occupational therapist.
I am very concerned if the petition applied by my mom would prevent me from having my H1B working visa transfer approved.
I would highly appreciate your advice. Thank you so much.
