I got my green card and already made one international trip outside usa for 2 months in Jan Feb 2011. Now I am about to make another international trip outside usa due to my father`s health problem for 2 more months in may, june 2011.1) Total time outside usa will be 4 months in 2011. Is this a problem for maintaining green card?2) Will the Immigration officer stop me from entering back to usa.
3)Will carrying my fathers health reports of kidney disease help my case with the immigration officer to be sympathetic with me and allow me back to usa in July 2011 back to usa with total time being 4 months outside usa in 2 separate international trips in 2011?
My wife works a job in usa. We have cars, bank accounts, apartment in usa. I am alone going to this trip. My wife will be in usa.
