I recently started(4/12/2011) working at Cmpny A on H1B visa that was transferred from Cmpny P using Premium Processing and approved on 3/25/11 valid till 3/21/14.My last day at Cmpny P was 4/11/2011 and was on 6th year of H1B and had my I-140 approved while with them.I have decided to move to another Cmpny B and about to start the H1B transfer from Cmpny A to Cmpny B using Premium processing.
1.Is this H1B transfer possible with such short term at Cmpny A? Will the new H1B valid till 03/21/2014 as well?
2.Are there any risks of RFE or denial because of a second H1B trasnfer petition within such short span of time?
3.By 4/30,I will have 2 pay stubs(for period of 4/12-4/15 and 4/15-4/30)from Cmpny A.Will it suffice for the pay stub documentation?I have the approved I-797 from Cmpny A.
