Q.

Paystub and H1 B visa

I worked for company A from oct09 to Nov10 on H1 B. On 11/23/2010 I resigned from company A because I got another offer from company B.
They filed my H1 B and it got approved. But they laid me off on Nov01 before I joined them.
My H1 B visa got approved through company B but I never joined company B.As So I find another company C.They applied my H1 B on Dec 02 (recipt date).I got an RFE and it has been resolved on 01/26/2011.
I got my H1 B from company C with I-94 on 01/26/2011.I had a paystub from Company A till 11/30/2010.While filing for H1 B for company C,my lawyer has explicitly mentioned in I-129 that I have resigned from company A on 11/23/2010 and I have never joined company B.
My QUE: will I get pay from company C for period of 12/02/2010 to 01/26/2010 or not?
-Thanks
