H4->H1 in post 6 year situation
Principal has an H1-B (8+ yrs) remaining at employer, approved I-140, waiting for PD (2007)to be current to apply for AOS for himself and spouse.
Dependent on H-4 also for more than 6 years. A company wants to sponsor Dependent for H1-B. Assuming she qualified for H1-B, is the long time in H-4 status in any way a problem? Any important supporting documents needed?
