Status:OPT Stem Extension

I work as a Fultime IT professional for Comp A, I started working for them from May 2010 (during my OPT Stem Extension)
and they applied for my h1b in Nov 2010. I have just got the approval now, but I noticed that on the petitioner's letter to the
USCIS they made a mistake while putting the start date of my Employment with them to be Dec 2009 instead of May 2010. I am planning to go to my native county for VISA interview and I was just wondering whether this would trigger some problem. can you suggest me a way to rectify this mistake other than re-applying.My employer has given me an updated letter with the correct date on it to carry to the Interview,although this updated letter is in the USCIS records.
