Q.

H1 Transfer

My I-797 expires in Aug2011 and i have completed 4 years and 4 months in US.

I have filled my 1-140 petition with my current employer(consulting firm) and waiting for the approval.

I got a permanent job offer with company B.

Is it advisable to take up the new offer.

If i take up the new job what will be the status of my I-140.

Should i wait until my I-140 is approved.
