I am in 7th year on H1B and My I140 got approved with current employer A and got the H1B extention for two years(Till 08/2012). Now I am planning to change employer and Joining in company B.(approved I140 copy is with me).B Agree to sponsor GC with the same priority dates. But my current employer told he will revoke H1b and I140 after 3 to 4 months. Q1> If the B also revoke my H1B and I140 after a year what will be my situation. Can I go to some C company since I have the copy of I140 or I have to go back to my own country?
Q2>Assume that if my current employer A, will not revoke H1B and I140, can I come back to A after a year if employer B terminate and evoke H1B and I140.
Q3> Emp A GC on EB3 and Emp B agreed to process in EB2. If I will come back to emp A Emp A can continu in EB2
