Q.

H1B Samping - 221G Green Form

I went to India for my H1B stamping. I received a 221G Green Form requesting for client letter. I have produced the required document. My wife is already in the US in L1 Visa. While the 221G Green Form of my H1B is still under process, is it advisable to apply for an L2 Visa or is it better that I wait for my H1B stamping result and take the option of L2 only if H1B stamping is rejected. Kindly advice.
