Q.

h1-Approved h4-h1

Hi,

My H1, I94 is approved till May 2012. I completed my last assignment in Sep 2010. My employer converted me to h4. H4 is approved. Now, I got a job offer. Can I immediately convert to h1?
Or do I have to wait till H1 cap?
