Q.

H1b denied, tax question

I was on H1b from 2006 to 2009, on H4 after that. I got a job offer in Dec 2010, and started working on Dec. 27, 2010, since my employer said I could use the AC21 portability rule and start working upon application receipt.
I got a denial notice on Mar 7 2011, but I continued working until Mar 22 (when the primary vendor told me I couldn't work any more). I am now filing again, this time via the primary vendor.

My question is, can I get paid for my work from Mar 7 - 22 (after the denial)? What about tax returns? Am I eligible to get a W2 for the 3 months I worked? (I do have pay stubs). Could this situation lead to potential tax filing problems? Any help is appreciated!
