I am working on a H1B Visa in US. I used to do a lot of stock trading and I subscribe to different services for getting the stock advice. Also I have recently joined a mentoring program where they will teach me on way of trading. I have spend lot of money for subscription and mentoring program. I was told by Tax consultant that I can start a Limited Liability Company to file some tax write offs on these mentoring programs. Being on a H1 Visa, am I legally eligible for starting a LLC in USA. My plan is that I will start the company with 67 to 33 percentage partnership.
