H1B Extension beyond Sixth year with another Company - I-140 ap
I landed in the US in July, 2006 on H1B from India.
H1B transferred to Company A from previous company in May, 2007. Have been with Company A since then. Current 06 year tenure of H1B ending in July, 2012.
Labor filed for GC by Company A in July, 2009 and approved. I-140 filed on June, 2009 and approved in November, 2009. Can I:
a) Transfer my H1B to another Company B now?
b) If I transfer, can I get extension of three years of H1B for Company B based on approved I-140 from Company A (I have the I-140 approval Copy)
c)Company B would file for GC only after One year of employment. Any issues from immigration perspective?
d) If Company A revokes my I-140 (They wont as I am in great terms). Can I still retain my PD?
e)My I-140 approval notice does not have A#? Is that normal?
