Q.

1099 on H1b

My ex-employer(Company A)(who was holding my H1-B) has given me w2 for 2009. Now they want to pay the dues of 2009 & 2010 on 1099 along with letter stating that i was a full time employee during that period. Is it OK to accept 1099 while on H1 Visa, if not what are my options.Will it affect my current Green Card Processing sponsored by my current employer(company B)?
