H4 visa

I have both H1B visa and I-94 expire on September 13, 2011. The stamp of this visa is with my previous employer. I changed my employer and I had H1B transfer approval from my present employer I-797 that expire on February 2013. I am going home Nepal to marry on April 2011. After Marriage, my wife will apply H4 visa. We are planning to return on end of May 2011. Will my wife get H4 visa from my current H1B visa that contains previous employer? Do I need to stamp visa of new employer to enter USA? What documents are required for applying both H1B and H4 visa? I like to avoid my H1B visa stamping now because I already experienced difficulty as getting visa stamp from US embassy in Nepal. I prefer to come back USA first and later visit Canada for stamping visa there. Thanks.
