Q.

URGENT - H1b denial - Credential Evaluation needed?

I have a 4 year degree from India (non Computer Science) and a MBA from the US. I had applied for my first H1b Visa in 2006, for the position of a Business Analyst.

I am currently on H4 and had applied for H1b again 2 months back, again for a Business Analyst position. However, this time my H1b got denied. One of the reasons was that my employer had applied for a "Computer Programmer / Business Analyst" position.

I don't understand why the USCIS would find my education not relevant, since I already had a H1b before on the same credentials. Did the title "Computer Programmer" cause the problem?

I am applying through another vendor now. What job position should be stated on my application, and do I need credential evaluation? I need help ASAP on this.

Thanks!
