H1B transfer without paystubs
My wife has approved H1B ( change of status from H4 and she just got her ssn last week)but her company is deferring her date of joining .So she does not have any paystub. In the case if she looses her job can she transfer H1B to any other firm ? or does she needs to apply for H1B from quota starting Apr 1 and have to wait until Oct 1 to begin the work? Can you suggest any options ?
