H1B to H4 COS
Hi, I am planning to quit my job (currently on H1B) and convert to H4.
I am planning to e-file the COS and send the supporting docs.
1) With regards to the last two pay stubs, I have a question. I was out of country for two weeks and did not get paid those two weeks. So I have 03/04/11 and 04/01/11 pay stubs. Will that be a problem if I file the COS on 1st april ?
2)If I e-file the COS, and quit my job, does the receipt number hold good even if I don't get the receipt copy before I quit working ?
