Hi,
I am currently working on the L1A with comp. A and I got my H1B in December 2010 from company B with consular processing. My Question is
1. Can company B, do the Amendment to H1B along with change of status, which allow me to work with Company B without going back to Home country and get stamped.
2 Or Can Company C, file change of status and transfer? Which allow me to work with Company 'C'
3. OR If i joined Company B, and after few months, can Company C, file the change of status? Do you see any issue here if we go this way.
4. In all of the above cases can i start working from the day application file and have the receipt no.?

Note: My intention is to join Company 'C' and i did not work even single day with company 'B' i.e not having Paystub.
