Q.

H1B Transfer with multiple companies at the same time.

I am currently employed with Company A on H1B visa in the 6th year expiring on 12/12/2011.I started a H1B transfer with Company B in premium processing and is pending arpproval with USCIS.Today,I received another offer from Company C and desire to work in company C.
1.Can Cmpny C still be able to do a H1 transfer?
2.Should Cmpny C require to know about the pending H1B transfer from Cmpny B?
3.Is H1B receipt from Cmpny B needed to file H1B transfer with Cmpny C?
4.What negative impact is possible because of multiple transfers? Can H1B denial happen with cmpny C?Please Detail all.
5.If I tell Cmpny B that I decided not to take up their job,am I liable (by law)to pay them the amount incurred for H1B filing?I signed an offer letter though, but there is no mention about me refunding H1B fee.
