Q.

Wrong Date of Birth in my Work permit

I am in India and am travelling to US on H1B next week.
1. H1B expires on 31-July-2011.
2. This is the second time I am travelling to US for long term using the same VISA.
3. I would be required to stay in US for a year and shall be applying for H1B extension once I reach there next week.

Yesterday I noticed that my Date of Birth in my work permit (I-797B form) is wrong (08/26/1982). My Date of Birth in my passport, VISA and I-129 form is correct (05/26/1982). I missed noticing this first time I traveled to US.

Please advice me if I can travel as my VISA has my Date of Birth correct. Will there be problems at Port of Entry?
