Hi Elizabeth, I got H1B extension on 22Feb11 with I-94 denial, the application was received by USCIS on 21dec10. My H1b and I-94 expired on 23dec10.RFE was received on 03jan11 to submit LCAs for previous H1B period. RFE answered with above documents on 14feb2011. I started work for current client A from 4Nov10 when extn. applied,In Notice of decision USCIS states:
The evidence given does not support initial charge of improper ammendments.
For my previous clientB location it was evident no LCA was taken by employer which is true and this was an aberration from my employer. USCIS states that my petioner has placed me unauthorized at that location, and I failed to maintan lawful status when my unlawful presence begin. what r the chances consulate issues visa after EOS denial, options left?
