H1B Transfer without having latest paystubs
Hello,
My payroll is being run 45 days late because my employer is getting paid late by the client. For the pay period Jan1-15, I am getting paid on March 15th. I am getting payment as direct bank deposit every 15 days, it is just that the payment is late from the pay period. Can you please advice if I am eligible for H1B transfer to another company with pay stubs which are not current?
