Q.

LC

my boyfriend has F-1 visa (MA). His USA employer is filing labor certificate for him on this April 1, 2011. But, in the LC application, he filled out the date of employment is April 1, 2011, it should be October 1, 2011. Should he withdraw the Labor certificate application, refile a new one? (his 1st LC was denied two weeks ago due to unverified IRS # - typo). or he can simply state in 10/1/2011 in his H1B petition without change of LC if the LC is approved? (will be approved since the employment date is April 1, 2011) Will this a probelm in his H1B petition?
