Q.

Time Off between Jobs on H1B after transfer approved.

Currently - Employed and on H1B visa.

I have gotten another job with another company and my H1B transfer has been approved and I am authorized to start working for that company any time.

I have given notice to my current employer today and will continue to work with them until Mar 11 2011.

Is it Okay to take some time off from Mar 12th to Mar 20th and give my starting date for the new company as Mar 21st?

Or will I be out of status that time?
I'd like to take a few days off between jobs.

(Else, should I start on Mar 14th and request my current employer to revoke my H1B on 14th?)

Thanks.
