Maiden Name On Visa
I am in H1B status valid till Sep 2012 . My current H1B visa stamp is valid till Oct 2011
However, I got married and my name has changed .This has resulted in a sitaution in which:
1. Visa stamp is in maiden name
2. Passport in which the visa stamp is applied has an extension til Jan 2013 but was cancelled because I applied for a new passport in my married name
3. All immigration documents (I-797) have been updated to married name . SSN and drivers license are also in married name
Given this circumstance can i leave the US and expect re-entry to be granted based on my current visa stamp, what is the risk?
What must i take with me to ensure re-entry?
