Q.

passport expired but i94 valid

I am in USA on H1b visa.
My passport (From india) is expiring on 3/6/2011 (this week).
But my i-94 is valid till September 2012 (visa valid till march 2012).
Am I allowed to stay in USA after my passport expires?
If not what are my options?
