I am on H1B visa-India.The company's lawyer filed i-140 under eb-2 category in January 2011 without the original certified labor ,as Department of Labor (DOL) didnt send the original .Lawyer said "USCIS will not premium process I-140's in situations where DOL doesnt send the original certified labor.So, we will file the I-140 and request that USCIS obtain the duplicate original from DOL.Second,once USCIS does receive the duplicate certified labor from DOL, it will be sent to all of us as an RFE and we will all be required to sign the original"
1) How can i apply for premium processing without letting lawyer and employer know abt this?
2)How can i transfer my case from texas service service center to nebraska service centre(takes less time)?
3)Am i being taken for a ride by lawyer?
