H1B Visa stamping

Hello,
I have been working in US from last 4 years now on H1B visa and I got my H1B extended from USCIS until 12/2012. I am going to see my family in India and hence I have to get my visa restamped to come back.I work as a full time employee with a big public company(3 billion in gross income with 5000 employees) in the IT department and work at their corporate office. I have no other negative history like DUI etc.
My wife and children went for H4 visa stamping and got their visa restamped without any issues. I am leaving to India and go for stamping in march. Do you see any issues in my case which i should be worried about? I just hear that people get 221g and get delayed but then my wife and kids have got H4 which give me good hopes.
Please give your advice and suggestion. Thanks
