Hi,
I was in H1, after my project got over, was unable to find another job and I left USA after 15 days of my last pay stub. Later I came back as F1 and was also looking for a job.

Now, I got an offer direct hiring, need to go back to H1.
- Do I have to file for a new H1 or COS
- Do I have to wait till end of semester or can apply right now
- What if it got denied, will it create problem for F1 status, if i continue my studies
- Does it matter that I did not file for COS from here direct and left the country and apply for F1 from home country.
- Its been 11 months, I left US and this period (I was out of US for about 6 months duration)
- Do I have to file COS within a year or is there any restriction on that?
- Is there any 'if and but' in my scenario or do have any suggestions
