Q.

During H1 transfer process traveled to india.

During my H1B transfer I traveled to India with my family and received new I94 (valid till July’2011) for everyone at the time of entry. Now I would like to know whether the I94 received(Validity till Feb’2013) through my H1B transfer is valid or do I need to send the I94 which i received at the time of entry (this time H1B transfer process is not at completed) to immigration authorities for any amendment.

Now I am planning to move to new company. T here are saying no amendment is required. My doubt is whether the I94 which is got during H1 transfer is valid? (Since they got transfer with old I94 number ,I handover that I94 number in port of entry and came with new I94 number). If amendment is required what kind if forms need to submit.
