Current Employer : A, Curent Visa : L1B
H1B Starting Validity Date from Emp B: 02/21/11 (start date).
I-94 : XXXXXX (same L1B).As H1B is valid from 02/21, do I need to resign from employer A on or before 02/21? What will be the cons if I continue with Employer A for next couple of months before going on board with Employer B? Does it effect my future visa stampings or only Green card?
To continue to work on L1B do I need to go Out of US(Say Canada) and come back with new I-94 of L1B before 02/21 or I can do after sometime also I mean after H1B validity ?Would it create issue at entry port if I come back from Canada after 2/21 at L1B? As I didnt get the H1B I-94 Can i handover only L1b I-94 while going to canada or have to wait to get the hardcopy for H1b-I94 and submit that also?
