I hold H1B visa,came to US on Aug 2007 from one of the Indian company(Comp A)In Feb 2009 applied for extension of visa & got approved,visa and I94 is valid till July 2010.applied transfer of visa on Oct 09 to Indian consulting company(Comp B)& working for one of the US client as a contr.got RFE from USCIS asking some more additional documents in Jan(last month).payroll is running from the Comp B from Oct 09. Question is. In case my visa transfer gets denied, can I use the Comp B pay slips to transfer to another company by using company A’s petition( Note:Comp A’s petition and I94 is still valid July 10) ? If yes, after the denial within how many days I need to apply for transfer to new comp.? Should I need to use any denial notice of Comp B’s to transfer to new comp or any other docs?
