Q.

Reckless Driving/Speeding in NC

I was cited for reckless driving (misdemeanor) and speeding (misdemeanor) 83 in 60 zone. My traffic attorney believes that he will get the reckless driving charge dismissed and speeding to reduced to an infraction. I plan to get my H1B stamped soon. Do I have to to say yes to the "convicted of a crime or offense" on DS-160?
