Here's my details.

1)First H1: Counted on Cap& Approved.
Visa Validity - June 2006- April 2008
I stayed and & Worked from June 2006- April 2008.

2)H1 Extension:
Visa Validity April 2008- April 2010.

I stayed and worked in US from April 2008 - Aug 2008. Sept 2008- April 2010- Stayed Outside US.

3)Returned back to US in Aug 08 as a Student.
Currently on OPT.

I just received a full time job offer. I have the following questions.

1) Am I cap exempt for H1 application?
2) Have I reset the 6 year clock. If not what is the exact duration i have left on h1( is it 6 years - sum of time of actual stay in us) or 6 years - sum of time of visa stamps.
