Q.

NSEERS / Never been registered

Dear Andrew,

I just learned on this plat form that listed country born need to registered with USCIS (special registration) NSEERS. Here is my profile. I am Canadian Citizen born in Pakistan.
Working on H-1B & GC in-process AOS still pending. I never registered & never fly from US to out.Move US in 2006.
Some time I visit my family / in Toronto by Road. Never CBP said on PO that I have to register.
I make my trip to Canada by Road several times. Now what I have to do. Can I register now?
I little worry while my AOS is pending with USCIS. If IO on port of entry ever told me to register I have no problem to register. Please advise what would be my option.
Thanks.
