Hi,

Iam working on a H1 for my current employer(company 'A') for last 3 years, without any issues with pay stubs, have all paystubs. NOw i have recently got a new job offer from a company 'B' and also awaiting a job offer in the next couple of weeks from a company 'C'(Iam very interested in the job offer from Company C). Company B wants to initiate my H1 transfer this week. My question is, is it possible that Company 'C' can also initiate my H1 transfer once i get the offer from them? And if yes what are the complications that could be there considering the fact that company 'B' would have already initiated my H1 transfer by the time Company 'C' starts the h1 transfer process?
