L1/L2 to H1 COS
My wife is currently on L2, and she has an approved H1B with COS of today, 1/31. The offer she has from the new job is to join as of 2/21, would it be ok for her to wait till then?
I am currently on L1, and have an H1B approved with COS as of 2/15, and I also have an offer letter with start date of 2/21.
Since we have to travel out of state, we are thinking of starting both our jobs on 2/21.
Would it affect our Green Card processing in the future or have any other impact, please advise.
