I recently got a 3 year extension based on my I-140 (beyond 6 years) from Company A. Due to personal reasons, I was looking to change jobs and find a prospective employer (B) who is willing to transfer my H1B.
In the process, I have taken up a Job offer from B, and they initiated the transfer. It got approved recently. The transfer to B was under the condition that I would only give notice at A after receiving the H1B approval. The whole filing process was marred by delays which could have been managed well. Very Frustrating
Meanwhile a good opportunity could come in my way form Company C. If I would like to pursue the offer at Company C, what are my alternatives for a smooth Transition?
