H1-B Stamping
I got my H1-B with company A at Oct -2008 and i went for stamping in Dec-08. My passport is stamped for Sep-11 with company A. Due to bad economy, i got laid off in 2009 and I came on F-1 visa.Same company A rehired me in Apr - 2010. and did my H1-B visa again (got approval for Sep-2013).
if i go to India in Apr -11, do i need to go for stamping since, my passport has valid visa stamp till Sep-11 with same company?
