H1 extension - 6 year term
I'm in my 6th year of H1-B visa that expires in 5 months. My company has started the very first step of GC Process (job Advertisement) only now, and will wait 60 days to begin any other processing.
In order to get the 1 year extension on my H1B visa, should the Labor be approved? be in-process but filed 365 days before the 6 years term? or it's OK if it's just filed, irrespective of when..
