Q.

paystubs received from sister concern

Hi,

I joined Company A in July 2010 and Company A has sponsored my H1-B (Company A is named on the I797). Due to a mistake by the accountant, I have received all my paychecks from Company B (since the time I joined) which is different from Company A i.e. the company that sponsored my H1-B. Company B is a sister concern of Company A. Both Company A and Company B are owned by the same person and both companies perform the same function and deal with the same customers. I have to travel to India and need to schedule my H1-B visa interview. I am not sure what problems can I face and if there are any additionals documents that I should request my employer to provide me that will help me during the interview. Please advise.
