H1B extension based on PERM
I got my seventh year extension based on my pending labor last year when I applied for H1B extension.
My six year period ends on NOV 2011. Since I got my seventh year approval (Visa also stamped),My h1b is now valid till NOV 12 2012.
My question is what happens to my seventh year if my labor appeal is denied or withdrawn now(lets say in the next month). Will the seventh year still be valid as my extension is based on pending labor or do i have to reapply for H1B after NOV 12 2011.
