Hi, I was working in US ON H1 VISA for almost 3 years .while on H1 i did H1 Transfer twice. Then i went for a vacation to india , meanwhile i need to restamp visa in my passport.
While Restamping unfortunately i was issued 221G Blue form asking for more documents from my employer.
My employer did sent most of the documents and i was issued again 221G asking
a) all vendor Agreement letters
b) end client letter
Iam doubt of end client giving letter.

so what are the possibilities available to get stamp and enter into USA.

1) can i transfer H1 to new Employer when 221G is pending ?
2) what will be my H1 Status , since i came on vacation to INDIA and got stuck with 221G while stamping?
3) Best possible scenario to over come all these issue and fly back to USA for working?
