switching jobs on H1B status without the stamp
Hi,
I am currently working in the US on a H1B status. I graduated last May and was working on my OPT. Recently, my H1B was filed by my company and I am currently on the H1B status. However, I haven't got the visa stamped.
My question is, can I switch jobs now that I am on a H1B status? Will I have to get the visa stamped before I switch jobs? And can the company that I am applying to transfer the H1B status?
