F1 status and New H1B
Hi,
I am completing totally 6 years in USA through L1B+H1B status by Aug 2011.I am planning to apply F1 prior to my H1B gets expired in Aug 2011.
I got the below questions:
1)Can I stay in US on F1 visa after I am completing 6 years time - using L1B+H1B?.
2)In case , If I file for F1 before my H1 gets expired and If I stay in F1 for 1 year after that can I apply for a fresh H1B without Leaving USA. Is it possible?.
